After we carelessly left my son’s scooter charger during an out-of-town trip, I needed to find a replacement immediately because it’s his favorite activity, but my schedule hinders me from visiting any store. So, I did my research online and I’m glad I found the Coming Data Scooter Charger.Sporting a 24V power output, it charges really fast without any interruption. The port offers just the right fit and is sturdy enough that it can handle constant pulls. The wire remains durable and safe after everyday use. You just plug both ends to their corresponding ports and wait, very easy just like charging a mobile phone. The light indicator is a great plus to know when the unit is fully charged.Lightweight and in the right size, it is very convenient to carry around when travelling with a scooter. The best thing I love about the Coming Data Scooter Charger is its low power consumption – only 36 watts. What a great buy!

Good charger, simple design. Easy to adjust the voltage set point as needed.Very easy to open with two screw and put back without damaging the case. Output voltage is by default set to 29.95V during current limiting and drop to 27.78V for floating. Reasonable setting for a 24V SLA cell.Can be modified to charge lithium battery. There is a PCB landing pads for a trim pot to replace one of the 220k resistor, this makes the floating voltage adjustable. The current limiting voltage design can be removed by cutting the diode that feed though the 270k resistor. Charge current can be adjusted by changing the voltage divider that set the +'ve end of the op-amp input.No microprocessor involved, all simple linear circuit to make modification as easy as possible. The voltage converting section is typical isolated flyback design. Two diode on the low voltage rectification section tend to run the hottest during normal operation.

I've had this less than a month. I'm out of town, and it's become utterly unreliable - it's plugged in, but will either not charge at all, or charge for a while then stop. If I'm not watching it constantly, I have no idea if it's showing green because it actually charged the battery or because it just stopped charging. I just had to have a stranger push me back to my hotel. Happily, he turned out to be an electrician, and we have checked that everything seems fine with the battery; the problem is clearly a loose connection of some kind in the XLR plug on the charger.

Has indicator light, red is charging and green is charged. It works with curry 24 volt lead acid battery pack with strong plug.

My Black and Decker 24V lawnmower model CMM1000 Type 4 lawnmower has a recall on the charger and the closest repair location was two hours away so instead of driving 2 hours x 4 directions I removed the connector and permanently wired this charger into place and am now back in business for under $10

This unit was a replacement unit for my portable 24 vdc welder. I had to adapt plug to welder. This unit out performs the factory charger.
