I buy these for my mom. She’s in her late forties and she swears by this product paired with SR’s evening primrose capsules which I also buy on Amazon. They work well for her menopause symptoms especially mood swings and irritability. My one drawback is that the price is inconsistent!

The best herb ever..if you are a man..and have male pattern ball ness .. It works great!! But be careful of estrogen dominance. You might grow breast.

I wish this worked. It seemed to reduce side effects for the first week and then the suffering came back. Sad
