DONT BUY THIS IN AMAZON
This keyboard is really good, but I bought this keyboard in walmart for $53! So don't buy this on amazon, buy this at walmart. So the switches, they arent cherry mx switches, but they are otemu blue switches, there basically clones of the cherry mx. Still feels Great! I highly recommend this keyboard if you are on a budget.

Great keyboard, but buy it at Walmart, not Amazon
This keyboard is marked up in price at amazon. Its around $45-50 at Walmart. This keyboard is a great beginner entry level keyboard, and it's worth noting the wrist rest is detatchable and foldable. The switches are blue, and the RGB backlighting is adjustable with some FN + insert/home/del/etc. key combos. One of the lighting modes is also only highlighting PC gaming keys - esc, wasd, E, R, etc. I do not know if this is customizable via software, but nevertheless they are very nice presets. The build quality feels solid, but you may want to clean it ocasionally as it seems susceptible to hand oills. Regardless, this is a really nice purchase.

Save you money, Buy something ELSE
it works.. until it doesn't. how long will it last? you find out. take a gamble; its Walmart.mine lasted 3 months. the D stopped working this morning and no matter what it would not work again.also- the actuation of the key you press happens AFTER mechanical "click." its not enough to just hear it, you need to futher press the keyboard a 1/5 of a centimeter or so. it was my first "gaming" keyboard. and it was noticeable.all in all- I wouldn't buy this. go on amazon, buy a random brand. itll either be the same quality, or better. I FULLY expected this keyboard to AT LEAST last ONE year. that's all I wanted.it was never abused. never hit it from rage. I respected it as if it were a high end keyboard.I now have a Logitech G513. an expensive upgrade but.. worth while when you consider that itll be used 2-4+hours a day. everyone knows that hardware is an important aspect to the overall gaming experience. don't skimp out, youll hate yourself if you do.

Cheaper at walmart
I bought this key board to wallmart for $25 and it’s great for that if your getting in to pc it’s a good start
