i have really thick, natural afro hair. its straight in front but impossibly thick and curly in back. yet, this makes my hair wonderfully soft and manageable: who knew??? this is truly an amazing, unexpected result. I use it regularly and feel it makes a real difference.

It's useless, doesn't even tame flyaways. The only benefit is that it's so heavy I'm getting a mini-workout as I use it.

I have been using this brush for over 9 years now and nothing has happened to the bristles. I had very long hair up until a week ago and it was perfect for untangling, too, without pulling dtrands of hair. Now i have short hair, and it created wonders with my short hair too. I have the Braun electric curler. Cutl my hair, then brush it with my Braun brush. Voila. Friends think i had my hair done at the hair parlor . When you buy BRAUN, you’ll never go wrong.

This brush does smooth down my hair and make it silky. I haven't gotten it to really smooth my ends, though :/It is a really nice brush, and my husband says it's "Magic." HAHA :) It worked on damp hair, though you shouldn't brush your hair when wet. If i have it on too long it start to smell, i'm not sure of what... maybe it's getting hot, but it DOES NOT need be used that long, anyway. A few seconds makes my hair smooth!! It's just addicting brushing and watching it smooth down! I don't brush my scalp if my scalp is oily that day, bc then it starts to feel even more oily; or maybe it is bringing the oil into my ends :/ I love it, though. :)

This is a great invention. I have straight hair and I am useless at blow drying and I find that hair serum always make my hair either sticky or greasy.The brush give you smooth hair with no static and I have the feeling that the more you use it the more it shines.Next they need to make a smaller hand bag size version!

rubbish, I have that really wirey curly horrible hair...not strong enough for me....
