Q: I want to know the exact height of the adjustments once on the door. My daughter has cerebral palsy, and cannot stand, but needs balance coordination up on her knees, and I want to know if it will be too tall for her (she's only two and can't throw real well). Please advise. Thanks!

Amy,I understand now. Responding to your request just became a priority due to your daughter's condition and I am a dad also. My door is 8ft tall. The basket can suspend from the top at 8 feet down to 2 ft 2 inches from ground in decrements of 2 inches. The lattice that suspends the basket has slots spaced 2 inches apart from basket positions. There are lots of height options to hang the basket.Your daughter will like being able to score now and then.I would recommend buying a couple of extra mini basketballs. Chasing balls deflected from missing a shot was taking the fun out of taking another shot right away.If I can help another way, then reach out again.RegardsMichael

The ball is a mini version of a basketball - just large enough for the hoop. An extra one would be a good idea. My grandson enjoys this set, and I'm glad it will adjust as he grows.

I was able to find a similar size rubber ball at Walmart.

Q: Can a person zip strap this to a pole

Yes, it would be possible to zip strap this to a pole. You may have to use one of the attachment pieces to acheive this.
