The case fits fine and seems like it will protect the phone, though I haven't tested that claim yet. My only gripe with this case is that the fingerprint scanner is rendered virtually useless, as I consistently get a "wipe screen and try again" message whenever I try to use that feature.

Purchased on 12/6/18. Today is the 19th. I dropped my phone. It skidded across the living room floor and the corner cracked, pulling the plastic front away from the rubber edges. The front part of this case is glued on.I dropped it from my hand, so roughly 4 feet above the ground. Luckily, my s9 didn't break, so I guess it did its job.But, I wouldn't trust the waterproofing. Its just glued.

Quick delivery, waterproof verified, at a fraction of the price of more expensive alternatives. Follow instructions, be delicate when testing initially, if not product can be damaged as seals are delicate. All sensors work perfectly, no voice or sound quality issues, tested using voice to text, and leaving myself a voicemail BEFORE and after installation to the phone. Do not overcomlicate, READ clear instructions included.

Seems to work ok. Got this for my mom after giving her my old phone. She is prone to dropping things, lol. After about a month of use though the home button has worn out. Not sure what that means for protection now. Also, the home button is hard to press in general (as in you have to press down really hard to get it to activate through the case) so that is probably why. Maybe a design flaw. The other issue is that the headphone jack you screw in to make that part waterproof dose not work either, you can screw it in about half way before it gets stuck. Then you cant screw it in or screw it out anymore, you have to use pliers to get it off at that point. A feature that would not have gotten used often but still, its a bummer.

I love this case. It does add a little bulk but I don't mind at all. It's good protection for my phone and I like the clear back because I like to put photos there. It muffles calls slightly but I didn't take a star off for it because I hardly ever make calls, and it doesn't hinder me when I do. Great case.

This case is awesome. It fit perfectly - my Samsung Galaxy s9 2018. The ONLY con is it is so protected that making and receiving calls is tough, cos you really can't hear the caller and the caller can't hear you well unless it is on speaker phone. I really love the protection it gives. Everything else about it is just great.

was recently in the tub and had my phone in this case. My phone fell in. I panicked. and then remembered I had this case on it. Case held up perfectly. Only concern is the flap covering charging points seems to be flimsy and may rip off or fail down the road. I'll update my review if that happens.For now it's great value and 1/3 the price of competitors. A+
