EdisonBright Fenix PD25 550 Lumen CREE LED Tactical EDC Flashlight with AOD-S Diffuser, Holster, Clip CR123A Lithium Battery Bundle

Great light, love the multiple settings, the strobe is awesome, very light weight and very bright on max setting. It's a bit smaller than you might expect but works great when used in my left hand with my sidearm. However my one big gripe in this scenario is that the strobe is very difficult to activate with the button on the side, thus 4 stars instead of 5. I use the lowest setting all the time around the house at night or in the morning when the house is dark so I don't have to turn on the bright room lights and blind myself. The belt clip is a bit small and will not latch over a 1.5" belt (almost lost the light once when it popped off my belt). Also the rubber on the button on the back of the light is a bit bulky and sticks out past the frame of the light. This makes it so that I cannot stand the light straight up to illuminate the ceiling of a room. The diffuser is nice but since I can't stand the light up on it's base the uses are limited. Overall a very nice light, I bought a 20 pack of the battery station CR123a batteries for the light, that should hopefully last me a few years.

This is a nice flashlight however I'm a little disappointed in the brightness among a few other things. This is advertised at 400 lumens on a standard CR123A battery and up to 510 lumens on a 16340 (rechargeable CR123A). I have tried both battery types and can definitely see an uptick in brightness using a 16340. I just don't think 510 lumens is accurate, maybe 400 tops using the 16340. I'm also disappointed that the LED was mounted crooked and not centered in the middle like my other Fenix lights, not sure if this affects the beam pattern. I also noticed that when I removed the clip it scraped against the tail end and actually removed a small chunk of metal leaving an exposed sharp edge. I had to file it back down, but not something I should have to do. I do like the user interface and the small size of this light, jut not sure this is the "Ultimate Edition" in this category. Overall I do recommend this light however its overpriced in my opinion and you might want to check out other lights in this category first before buying.

I bought this flashlight in 2015, I'm writing this review in 2017 because of the great warranty service I just had.Flashlight works great- I didn't use the clip/lanyard/little plastic thing that came with it- just put the flashlight on my keychain.It can go SUPER bright- but I usually leave it on the lower setting to conserve battery.I reccomend buying a 4 pack of the batteries to have on hand- the batteries last me about a year each I'd say.flashlight bulb got broken somehow in March of 2017, not sure If I dropped it, or if it was just it's time.I sent the flashlight to Edisonbright (cost me ~$3 to ship it to them) and got back a brand new flashlight a week later.I'd say this was above and beyond considering they could have just gave me a new bulb and had me keep my 2 year old casing.anyhow, great product- would recommend.

It sure is bright as long as the battery is fresh, the light eats up batteries, but that's how it goes when one CR123 has to support that amount of brightness. On the other hand it IS small and easy to stash in your pocket or in a small sheath on your belt and not have it bulge under your shirt. The separate brightness button is handy as is having it return to the same brightness you left it at previously. I recently bought a Zebra Light SC62 which is only about 1/4 inch longer but basically the same size but using a 18650 battery and 1000 lumens. I lose the functionality of the separate brightness button I like but the PROs outweigh the CON. Side button or tailcap button, doesn't matter to me.

Get this flashlight, you won't regret it. It is the brightest little light you can buy right now, that rank can change fast, but right now, this is it.It is small enough to take with you all the time, I keep mine in that little watch pocket on blue jeans, nothing else feels good in that pocket, anything smaller is hard to retrieve and anything bigger can't fit, so this light is perfect for that pocket that never really got used much before. You might be surprised how many times you need a flashlight in the day time. This thing is handy 24/7. I'm a gadget junky and this is now one of my favorite gadgets. It costs a bit more because it is such a great light, well built and bright beyond it's size would indicate. The strobe effect makes it almost enough for self defense at night, almost.

I did a tremendous amount of research on flashlights before buying this one, and I'm extremely happy that I did. This light has the newer Cree bulbs that give you longer battery life with a significant boost in brightness. My last light, a Four Sevens, lasted about 6 years and is actually still going strong; it just looks rough. This light which cost about 1/3 of that one is 3 times as bright with great beam reach and can easily fit in my pocket, which means I take it every where now. I highly, highly recommend this flashlight to everyone. It's compact size and long battery life makes it perfect for general needs, tactical applications and especially for women who want a super bright light that is small in the hand and easy to use. This light is definitely bright enough to stun someone long enough to unload some pepper spray.

I guess I expected more but this is my first good torch it is bright it is small this dose have different levels of brightness good for EDC for every day jobs

This thing is just great. I feel like a god above nature every time I walk my dog in the woods at night and light up the forest at will. "WAKE UP ANIMALS. YOUR LORD HAS BROUGHT THE SUN BACK MOMENTARILY FOR HIS CONVENIENCE. I DON'T HEAR ANY CHIRPING UP THERE! WAKE UP!" is what I think to myself. Also, the brightness toggle is super useful when you are showing it off to friends. "Hey check this out, isn't this bright? Oh yeah? Well it's only on setting 1 of 4. Watch this. Don't look directly at the beam or you'll lose your corneas forever.
