Q: How does this product perform at loosening plus blowing out wet and dry leaves in a garden bed?

It is not real powerful, so it would be frustrating to use on wet leaves. Fine as a broom for dry materials on a smooth surface like a patio. Honestly though, i don't think the convenience of cordless makes up for how underpowered they are compared to a corded blower.

Q: The item is made in china. quality control is poor some batteries don't recharge fully on arrival to usa

Hello Vuong,The batteries are not shipped fully charged. To charge the battery please ensure you have fully connected the battery into the charger, when the battery is connected into the charger you should hear an audible click noise, additionally the battery should not be able to slide out of the charger without releasing the lock latch. Q: Works ok. it is real easy to put battery in but, it is real hard to take off blower to charge. any thoughts?

I don't have any issues taking the battery off. I ass-u-me your pressing the release button....if so and its hard to remove maybe your release is messed up.
