Q: Has anyone found the sole slippery

Mine weren’t, I’m an RN and wear them on 12 hours shift with no problems

Q: Is the insole removable so I can insert my orthotics (specially made insole)?

Just tried to remove mine, and they seem to be held in. But they feel like they'd come out quite easily. There is plenty room in these trainers you may even be able to just put your orthotics on top of the insole. The memory foam insole inside the trainers are very thin. I've put a gel insole on top of mine. Hope this helps.

Q: Are these real leather?

Purchased for a friend , but in my opinion not real leather .
