First off the package arrived on time and undamaged. I ordered this wrap because for a few years now I have had recurring knee problems and decided to try something new. Not knowing what to expect, I took a chance on the Arris Heated Knee Wrap. After using the wrap for a couple hours I noticed the usual discomfort and pain improved and is nearly gone. I still fell alittle discomfort if I'm running but it now allows me to actually enjoy my morning jog around the neighborhood without being layed up in bed the rest of the day!*PROS:-Unlike slip-on braces, this wrap is large enough it doesn't slide off.-The heating pads are very effective at allowing you to place heat right where you need it.-The straps have industrial strength velcro to hold the wrap in place even when jogging.-You can also use the wrap without the heat on because it works great as a brace but still allows plenty of movement.-The 3 different heating levels.-Battery stays charged up for 6-7 hrs on low, 4-5 hrs on medium and 2-3 hrs on high. It also recharges in only a couple hrs.BTW - The light works like this, Red=High Heat. White=Medium Heat. Blue=Low Heat

I was REALLY looking forward to getting some relief from chronic knee pain, but it wasn’t happening with this item.My knee measures anywhere from 15-17” depending on where it’s measured and this didn’t come close to fitting. I am not a large individual. I think any reasonable person would expect the flaps would stretch. There is no elasticity in the flaps that velcro to secure the brace.Perhaps a better description that indicates the knee size this brace would accommodate would help decrease returns.Very disappointing.

Please note that this review is NOT on the performance of the product. It may be a fabulous product once it's up and running, but I wouldn't know because I was never able to charge it to turn it on. Don't be misled by older reviews; the product as shipped now does include a USB charging cable, but no longer includes the wall adapter that allows you to actually plug it in. And in case you are thinking that is no big deal because you can just use another random adapter you have lying around the house, check your amperage; this item requires a 5V 2A charger, and every single one of the 10 or so chargers in my house - Apple, Android, or Kindle - are 5V 1A. If this were a $20 product I might understand the cost-cutting of not including a charger, but after spending $45 for this product, I'm not going to shell out another $10 for a charger just to be able to turn it on. Returned.

As a person who has destroy his knees back in high school, this is a godsend. I was a bit skeptical at first but i love it.Heat? Oh it puts out great heat, even has a low medium and high. I use it on medium during knee pain flair ups. High gets Hot! Not uncomfortably hot but definately hot.The fact that it has a battery supply is also great. Not being tied to wall has its advantages.but can be used with battery charger cable as well if the battery has been used up.Sizing should fit most. Im 6ft 230lbs and it fits me snug so if your under that you should be fine.Can be strapped to other appendages. I've tried it on shoulder, wrist and ankle as well. Ace bandages aid extremely well for that.Would i recomend? Most definately to anyone that has joint pains or workout recovery processes that require heat.

I bought this item due to a sore left knee from a previous sports injury. I would have to say that the heat could be a little more evenly spread, but I am a larger than average person so the fact that it fit and did provide sufficient heat and relief, amazed me. I am 6'4" at just under 300 lbs btw. I had doubts on the battery life, but it held pretty close to the claims of 1-3 hours based on the settings. For the price, I wish I had this years ago. Thinking about getting one for the other knee.

I have mild discomfort in my right knee, so I wasn't sure how much relief I would get from it. I'm pleased to say I'm delighted with it, the warmth it provides is so comforting! I researched several other brands and decided on this one mainly because of the rechargeable battery, and it's very convenient! It's better to stay put with your leg up while using it, but it's nice not to be stuck with it plugged in! It's great to be able to get up and move about when needed. I must say since I've used it, I don't really have the discomfort I did prior to receiving it! I like knowing it's there, especially with some cold weather coming this weekend! The three heat levels are wonderful, in case you may be more sensitive to high heat. I like it at the lowest or mid level. The battery is a little tight in the sleeve provided, but I believe it will loosen up a bit with time. It's nice to have all the controls right there at your convenience. I highly recommend this wrap, and would definitely buy one again if needed. I would sure like to have one for my lower back!

My doctor recommended this specific brand so I went ahead and purchased it. Let me tell you, this has been a lifesaver and has helped my recovery accelerate (I think). I use it on my elbow as well and it works just as good.Remember to charge it fully before first use and to read the directions. I personally found it to be very simple and quick to heat up. The battery stayed very cool (Which is a very good thing). Also, this lasted the entire 1 hour duration of a car trip which is a killer on my knees.Highly recommend!!!!!

What a relief! This item is unreal!!!! I requirea knee replacement and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. As a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer, you're a guinee pig in medicine trials, that's what it feels like, to see if u can get meds to work for you as you progress the pathway to biologics, which is a three year Process in Australia. This means we rely on topical and therapeutic treatments in desperate efforts to get some relief and hold on to your sanity on a day to day basis. These items are often placebos, which give you the sense you are doing something, which keeps you sane but in reality those things dont topically provide positive pain relief at all, it's a fake sense of hope, that's what sufferers have to contend with. This item is unreal!!! it actually works! I could feel my ballooned knees, pain level change lowering the synovial pockets in my knee. Ahhh I could cry!. I train on the treadmill and as a sufferer, my knees double in size, leaving me in pain, by the third day of training, I have to take aa break because the pain is through the roof. Thus product allows me to be without pain and accomplish my daily task, thus means the world to me, as it ads to quality of life. All features on this product, materials , battery and 3 level heat settings are of a great standard. You can also open up this item and use it on other parts if your body your neck ' the Velcro straps are flexible enough to reach and shoulders etc. Other similar products dont match up on its quality, heat zone and battery life. Do yourself a favour if you are in pain, get this product and enjoy the pain relief.

For the fraction of the price from other products, you are getting an amazing deal from this.Onto the product which comes with an instruction manual that tells you everything and is very detailed. With its 7.4V powerful battery it heats up within a few minutes, and the variable control on the temperature and size of the pad, making it a great buy for everyone. The heat really helps in keeping my knee feeling better and better. This knee wrap was better then I was expecting! Quality reminds me of the ones at Physiotherapy. Feels really comfortable and straps on nicely. It has 3 levels of heat and I found the middle level perfect after I leave it on high for the 1st few minutes. Heats up almost instantly. Battery is also nice and compact and easily charges via USB(plus is included).

bought it for my daughter's knee therapy. package and arrival are good however, this unit burned my daughter's skin leaving 2 straight burned marks/lines. one use resulted in disaster. it doesn't heat up the whole patch. only the battery area that gets hot. this product should not be sold to anyone.

Portability, ability to walk, drive etc while wearing this product. Battery life varied between 3-4 hrs.Last longer if turned off and on. But kept knee cap area warm increasing the range the knee could bend more normally.
