Works well.Installed on a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado LT.Install took an hour and a half.On the Silverado, you need to remove the side panel of the dash, then the knee panel held with two screws and a bolt, and then the steering column cover. You will need to pull the tilt handle straight out to do this and it’s in there good. I pried it with a screwdriver to get it out.You need windows to decrypt the codes. I use a MacBook, so I downloaded virtual box and a free windows image from Microsoft, you can google how to get these.The software is a little flakey, you might need to disconnect the Evo-all unit until from the cable and try again (leaving the programmer and usb cord plugged in). I didn’t need tech support, but I did need to look up the dash and steering column disassembly in YouTube. You will need a thin screwdriver or knife blade to get the red retainer out from the bottom lock cylinder connection.Once installed it works very well and would recommended to anyone.What I don’t like is that you need to create an account to use the software. There should be no need to have my information like this.

first time install....first time go! easy to install, minimal tools.....if any......2013 silverado, works great hides great. will definetly use this brand on other makes of vehicles. you guys have given me another tool for my belt! i really appreciate the great product!!!

Product works as described. What was frustrating was I had to create an account on the website the instructions give and then I had to play around with my settings 3 times in order for it to work correctly. Other than that it’s an awesome aftermarket install and with basic tools it’s easy to install. Nice being able to start my truck and let it warm up before leaving the house. For the price, it’s worth it.

2007 Chevy Silverado quad cab. Super easy to install, took about 20 minutes. The light sequence could’ve been explained better in the instructions, but tech support was super quick and spot on, so it really was a non issue for me. The upload from the PC was quick and easy. I’m a Mac user, so it would’ve been nice for them to have a Mac program also, but I also have a windows machine, so I had no issues there. Works every time, great for waking or cooling the truck before I get in!!!!!!!

It works great. My only complaint is the timing for pressing the lock button has to be very slow to work. I thought it wasn't working at first but you just have to figure it out. It's three pushes with a good second delay between each of them to work.

About 2/3 of the way through installation you find that a computer using MS Windows is required to complete installation. If you don't have one, or access to one,I guess you are out of luck. E-mail to seller went unanswered. Used a friends computer to activate. Now works.

Had a few issues uploading software, then blew a fuse, tech-support was able to isolate the issue and assist with the problem.
