DD Guides Choice 1911 5" Chest Holster

Fits my Rock Island Armory M1911 like a glove. Not too tight. Not too loose. Two snaps on hammer strap. Both work, prefer the tighter one. I like wearing my pistol high on the chest out of service habit. Keep adjusting this one up higher, seems to sag. If I figure it out, I will update. Until then, great value, leather quality, color, and wear.

Perfect holster for my 1911!

I wanted a holster that was convenient, quality and made in the USA. This holster system is perfect for what I needed. Use it for carrying my 10mm while hunting, snowmobiling, fishing etc. would highly recommend.

Good leather isn’t cheap.I have two of these holsters.The old one was also for a 1911 but is not form fitted and has been put in use with a Ruger Blackhawk.The new 1911 holster is form fitted and fits a Ruger 10mm 1911 like a glove.Add a small piece of duct tape to secure the long end of the adjustment strap and you’re set.Well made and worth the money.

What a grate fit for my gun. Workman ship is great. Well worth every penny.

Cheaper on Amazon that buying direct from maker. I have several of these for different guns and I will most likely buy more eventually. Well made and the design is perfect for folks who need their hands free but the gun must be easily reached when needed.

Fantastic holster. It distributes the weight evenly, and with minor adjustments is extremely comfortable for long periods of time.

Just received this holster and although it looks great, seems sturdy and well made, it does not fit my Sig 45, 5” barrel!Very disappointing considering the cost and hassle involved with returning!
