Product of Vietnam, Cannot Be Returned. Strong Chemical Flavor.
I read a number of review of this product and I've simply come to the conclusion that many folks, sadly, cannot tell the difference between high quality and poor quality. In other words, good taste and bad taste. This chocolate, based on reviews was supposed to be 'the cat's meow', but that's honestly not the case. The cups brewed perfectly in our machine, no issues. The hot chocolate had a nice texture and thickness and the first few seconds of each sip was actually decent tasting. Then, like a baseball bat, you're hit with an incredibly strong chemical aftertaste. Take another sip, good taste, then wham! The chemical flavor of sorbitol or sucralose permeates your palate. The company claims that only real sugar is used, but I strongly doubt that is the case. The use of powdered non-fat milk is a good idea for this type of product, but there is something else in here that isn't what they advertise. Perhaps the alkali in the cocoa and/or a low quality sugar substitute. Then I read the box only to discover it's a product of Vietnam and not the USA. So basically they're just importing this product and redistributing.Amazon will not allow returns on this product... Thanks Amazon!I'll probably take it work and just give it away with a warning, but I don't want my family drinking this.Did I waste my money? Yes.I recommend you carefully research this type of product before you purchase, don't waste your hard-earned money on something with potential health ramifications due to improper or purposeful mislabeling.

Hot Chocolate K-Cups for Less
I've always used the Swiss Miss K-Cups for hot chocolate but these were significantly less expensive, so I decided to give them a try. I do have a confession: I squirt some Hershey's Chocolate Syrup in the cup before brewing the hot chocolate with the Keurig. For me, given my guilty confession, the Mountain High hot chocolate is as good or better than Swiss Miss. I have only brewed a couple but haven't experienced any problems with the K-Cup function. I'll update if I encounter problems. Very satisfied.UPDATE: I have encountered a problem with my Keurig 2.0 .. About every third K-cup requires a reset (machine stops and displays a "needle" message, open machine, remove K-cup, close machine, reopen and place cup back, close machine and continue). While this sounds like a lot, it just takes a minute, but is NOT how it should go. At the end of the process, I always have a good cup of hot chocolate, so I'm not totally put off. I suggest a large cup and not selecting more than 8 oz on the Keurig or you may overflow the cup. I'll buy these again, but have snatched a star for the inconvenience..UPDATE 2: Chocolate hack .. I discovered, if you push the handle down on the Keurig with a bit of authority (not slam it down or break it) the cups work fine every time. I usually push the handle down gently, but with just a bit more force, problem solved.. :-)

No artificial sugar, Delicious, and works with my Keurig 2.0
These are the only hot chocolate k cups I’ve found that do not have corn syrup, artificial sugars, or random ingredients that I have to google to determine what they are. I was a little apprehensive trying them out since they only came in a 60 pack. That’s a pretty large investment if they didn’t work with my keurig 2.0 or if they tasted like bitter weak water. Happy to say they work well with my keurig and are delicious! They do have regular sugar in them (but the 7.3 grams per serving is a lot better than others I’ve seen). At only 82 calories per serving, they are perfect for a little treat!

Least sweet (more like bittersweet). Currently (2019Oct) modest favourite
I drink >1000 K-cups of dark chocolate a year. I'm going to post this identical review (with different titles) for the 3 brands I regularly buyGrove Square: I was happy with them until I tried the other two; now they're 3rd string. They are noticeably less chocolatey. And there's something else -- a sub- or aftertaste (I'm not good at describing such, so I'll just leave it), which became more noticeable & less acceptable after I tried Cafe Escapes -- not bad just not dark chocolate (maybe coffee-ish; goes well mix'd 1:1 with medium-roast)Cafe Escapes: good dark chocolate flavour, least negative(s). Cut way back on Grove Square once I found Cafe EscapesMountain High: strong dark chocolate flavour, & least sweet, almost like drinking bittersweet chocolate. There's also a different sub- or aftertaste but, overall, I prefer this oneCurrently (2019Oct) I buy about 600 Mountain High to 400 Cafe Escapes. 1 box of Grove Square now lasts more'n half a yearUnlike coffee, there are no grounds left in a hot-chocolate K-cup. I have a single-cup Keurig and, using the least amount of water it will heat: Grove Square runs clear for 2 seconds before shutoff, Cafe Escapes runs clearish at shutoff, and Mountain High is still not clear at shutoff. Although each brand has a characteristic flavour, differences in chocolate intensity may be down to different amounts of chocolate syrup per cup

Perfect cup of hot cholocate served with a fresh mint leaf floating on top!!
This is my first time using Mountain High Hot Chocolate. I've been using K cup Swiss Miss hot chocolate which I liked just fine. But I wanted to try something new. I ordered this brand in K cups based upon the feedback on the Amazon site. And I am glad I did. The taste is beautifully balanced, savory rich milk chocolate. From the first sip I knew this was a winner for my taste. Better than Swiss Miss I think. The texture on my tongue is with smooth and creamy. A pleasure to sip piping hot any time of day. The actual K cups work perfectly in my newer Keurig machine. The product is fresh. Packaging is attractive, and intact when it was delivered to my door on time. Absolutely I will order this product again, and gladly recommend it to my friends.
