Expensive for size. It is TOO compact

I’m in love with this journal.I’m not a gym rat, I’m just a 49 yr old woman who is trying to get healthy again after a few challenges.This training journal gives me a space to write everything I need, track and see my progress, and let’s my trainer see what I’ve been doing, how I’ve progressed, and add his comments. It motivates me to get in the gym and do what I need to do. And, as a stationery addict as well, the quality of the paper is excellent- no bleeding or ghosting!

Bought these for my fiancee and his friend and they love it for the gym! They can keep all their notes and progress in here and they said it was really well laid out.

It’s perfect size and compact with enough space to write in all your sets. I’m using it at home and I love it!

I love my fitness journal from TrainRite. I bring my fitness journal to the gym every day and use it as a tool to keep me on track. It is the right size that I bring my fitness journal to the different machines and then input the information needed before I forget. I also purchased a fitness journal for my daughter, who is a fitness trainer and she loves it as well. Once my husband saw how it motivated us, he asked for one as well.
