I don’t usually do reviews but I am trying to make a difference. These tablets are not coated, but when put into your mouth they do not melt. They are very easy on the stomach so you can take with or without food. I use them everyday to help regulate my digestive system (poopy system) and I have had better go.go.

Got these to reduce my leg cramps that I have at night. It does the job.

I use several of Amazing Formulas products...all sourced from Amazon.As always, this Magnesium does not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pill size was much smaller than many of the other brand of magnesium on the market. Another bonus is that the chelated form is much more easily absorbed than regular magnesium supplements.

I like this product. It is easy to swallow, no side effects. It was recommended by my headache clinic to help reduce headaches. But I also take it for aching mucsles and pain from Fibromyalgia. It works well.
