I have used some of these and find that each one can be used for different purposes. I use the turner not just for flipping pancakes, dosas, omelettes, etc. but also for serving cooked rice; the pasta fork for taking boiled eggs and potatoes out of the cooker; the spatulas not just for scraping cake batter and icing, but also for stirring the masalas; the egg whisk for whisking curd as well as dishwasher soap. The uses are endless. They are rigid and not floppy. They are so easy to wash. They are heat resistant and do not melt. Initially, I was reluctant to leave them in the pan while cooking. However, I left a spoon in the cooker for a little while, but found, to my great relief, that it did not melt or go out of shape. The colour is a lovely red, not too bright and not dull or dark. I only wish I had these when my cookware was new. Then it wouldn't have got any scratches! The packet took quite a while to be dispatched and about a week, to be delivered. However, I am very happy with the product and also because I got it in a lightning deal for just a little over 1000 bucks!
