Q: wilet hold heavey door?

It’s only 2.5lbs Not heavy enough. We need something to hold the garage fire door open since we are not allowed to drill holes in it to put a foot stopper on the door. We had to take the hinge spring pins out to keep it from closing.

Q: How tall is the part that goes under the door? I have very little room between the door and the carpet?

I do not believe that door stopper will work, if the carpet is thick, mine is being used in the bathroom where there is tile.

Q: How can I get he antique white finish? I don't see an option to select it.

Q: Is this door stop heavy enough to keep a weighted fire door open?

Hi Sheila. This door stop is pretty heavy and weights about 2 pounds. I am not sure how heavy your fire door is, but most door stops do not actually keep the doors with their weight - it is done with the wedge portion of the door stopper. The door "slides" onto the wedge until it can no longer move. So I think the question is how high the door is off the floor - if it the distance is not too high, the wedge will keep it open no matter how heavy it is... I hope this helps in your buying decision.
