Beurer TL 70 daylight lamp, daylight simulation to increase well-being on dark days

It’s extremely bright, which is awesome, it’s like having another window, so we now keep on for extended periods of time as it lifts the room. Little big, but is definitely the most stylish SAD lamp out there. Only gripe is that’s in a European plug. So had to get an adapter. Recommend!

Die Tageslichtlampe ist super. Ich finde toll, dass ich keine App brauche, um das Ding zu bedienen. Ich will die Lampe benutzen und nicht ewig am Handy rumfummeln. Die Lampe ist supereinfach und selbsterklärend zu bedienen. Ich finde toll, dass man die Helligkeitsstufen regeln kann. Ich will ja nicht schneeblind werden. Je nach Tagesform empfindet man das Licht ja manchmal als zu grell. Bei der Lampe kann man das schön runterdimmen. Der Timer funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Die Lampe ist runterherum eine Supersache.

Je l'utilise dès le matin, en prenant mon ptit déjeuner, 30' et le soir en rentrant du travail.C'est ma ptite pose relax de transition sous la grisaille. Cela me booste pour entamer la journée et m'apaise le soir en rentrant du boulot.

Toujours de bonne qualité et vraiment efficace.

Potente lampada rotondeggiante che al mattino irradia per intero la stanza, ha il timer per regolare il tempo di accensione e con gli occhi chiusi da l'idea di una giornata estiva, perfetta per chi ha un ambiente poco illuminato o soffre di depressione, sicuramente fa tornare il buon umore.Consiglio l'acquisto, anche se non è certo conveniente.
