Don't know why warmth was listed as a feature for rating lol. It was Kool-aid and wasn't a brick when I got it so it was fine.

Clearly people don't know how to read the messages because I am medically incapable of picking up packages left on the first floor I put Specific Instructions to bring them up to the second floor and buzzed the buzzer so I can let them in and they can bring me the packages they need to start listening
