Keep it in the sun!
It's not a bad light for the price, the hook is nice to have to hang it up. However, on low setting it will give usable light for a good solid 7 hours providing it has been fully charged via power cord. Bad part is trying to charge it with solar, takes a good 20 hours to charge in the sun or up to 3 days so you need to have a back up providing you run all the power out all at once. It will maintain a charge if only using it for a few hours then setting in sun to top off the battery. As a Scout Master I buy a lot of products to test out and if it passes my test then I buy more for the scouts. I will be getting 6 more of these for the rest of the troop.

works as advertised
The light is handy, works as advertised, and has good brightness to it. It seems to hold a charge well that last several hours. I am still testing it and will update later. The only minor issue I see is the weak plastic hook, it works, but may break easy under multiple uses. But so far the light is working great. Tested welll with usb charge. I have a smart charger and it only took about 2 hours to charge, next will be solar charge time test.

Lifesaver
A must have for anyone who wants lights without using all the batteries and generators up. We had a power outage recently and actually were the only house that was all lit up and fine because we brought out these perfect lights that were bought for camping. The two power setting are great for if you need a strong or dim light (haven't needed the hazard flashing light setting). They even charge with just a little sunlight hitting them.

Light weight, waterproof, last long on full charge ...
Light weight, waterproof, last long on full charge, its compact and small but puts out lots of light in the dark. I will probably buy a couple more to have as back up

Works Great!!!
This gave off way more light than I expected! It is smaller than I was expecting but it gave off enough light to light most of our camping area! I am going to purchase a few more to add to my emergency packs.

Cool little device
Cool little device. It can charge via USB or solar and has 3 modes for the lighting: low, high and flash. It's got a hook to hang from a tent, string, rope, whatever also. It doesn't seem flimsy at all so I think this should last a while. Good gift for outdoorsy friends!

Fits Multiple Needs
These are great around the home, to toss in the car, around camp, hiking, etc. No batteries required! Immediately fires up when cranking the handle. Or leave by the window for a free solar charge! Not something I’d want for long distance beam needs...but for about everything else, its been great. Solid plastic frame. I’ve purchased 8 so far. Speaks for itself.
