This containers alone will not keep your food warm. I bought this for my daughter to use for her school lunch. After it being in her lunch bag for 4 hours, the food wasn't really warm. It's not going to keep heat like a yeti product. It's metal, but not like that by any means.

Extremely good looking, but does not work well. In case want to buy to carry napkins, spoons, nuts etc, the best thing but not as thermos.

Lots of container space,beautiful colors .I like the concept and great to keep foods separate. Breakfast - Lunch - Snack.It’s got plenty of space for a big meal or even two people. excellent to take to work and/or school.It is very helpful!
