Worst product ever! High frequency still doesn’t work.
When I received this steamer the high frequency was not working. This company had me send back parts on about three to four different occasions & till this day the high frequency still doesn’t work. They never resolved the issue for me & when I requested a refund they said it was over thirty days from purchase. Had I known they would do that I would have just requested the refund from the time I realized the high frequency wasn’t working. A waste if money!

I was upset they didn't include all the pieces for assembly! They left out the washers

Steamer does not work
The steamer does not work.. I have been sitting here for over 20 mins and it’s not heating up. Steam is not coming out the mouth

Stopped steaming after 2x
I literally used it 2x and it will not produce steam. Cannot return. Missed the return window. Now I'm stick w a broken steamer....and yes, I did use distilled water....
