Does a great job
I use it to put my band's name in the front while we play, and it works great!. The little back area can either store all the letters, or in my case, all the letters I need plus the charging cord. I haven't used it with batteries, I actually plugged it into a charging brick and it worked just fine. I like that I can order more letters and symbols too. If you have a name or a short message to show, this is perfect. If you need something to show lunch specials, you will need a larger one.

Does what it is supposed to do
3 stars because it does what it is supposed to do. If all you want is a box to light up letters, then this does that.I was surprised to find out how light and fimsy this item is. I expected it to be more durable. I had it on the desk and the slightest touch can tip it over. The letters are flimsy and tears easily.Is it worth the price? No..Does it look cheap? Yes

It's exactly what you expect it to be but the LED's are a bit weak compared to other lightboxes I own

BECAREFUL IT COMBUSTED
The media could not be loaded. This product arrived yesterday and I just got around to opening it today. As soon as I installed the batteries and only turned it on once and off. I suddenly heard crackling noises and a strong burning smell. I’m so thankful I was near by but this product combusted and I will never be purchasing from here again. What if I left my house??
