Lots of case studies so is a good read but not sure can be used as current protocol. I wonder which of the information is valid or which may be out of date. Would love to know what Jonathan Wright is thinking about wellness currently. Loved his Acid Reflux book but again, would love to know his current protocols and thinking on the subject.

Best Book on Natural Medicine I have ever purchased!
Dr. Wright hit another home run, with this easy to read miracle book.. I loved it so much I bought two more copies, one for my Daughter (with 5 children), and one for my Daughter-In-Law. The both love it and are Grateful to have their eyes open to some more common medical issues!

A must have for every home
I'm a pharmacist and I think this is a great guide. I am buying a copy for my folks! If you are interested in CAM (complementary and alternative approaches) you will like this book. Very readable with great examples even for those that don't have a medical background

Great resource
Natural Medicine, Optimal Wellness is a great resource for any home library. It is not a thorough as I had hoped but still well done.
