KIMLAN SANG CHAU Dark Soy Sauce is now my go to brand of choice. I love cooking, especially Chinese food. I found the Kimlan brand to be one of the best on the market. It enhances a dish and adds depth of flavour without over salting and ruining a dish.It also comes in a decent size, which store easily in the fridge.
