HoldRite 24" Water Heater Stand
I purchased this stand to replace my old one when I replaced my water heater. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Although it's not the cheapest option, it's well-made with quality materials and provides good value for my money. I trust HoldRite as a brand and have used their products in the past, so I knew the quality would be up to my standards. Additionally, the edges of the stand are relatively safe from a sharp-edge perspective, which is definitely a plus.

Works perfectly.
Comes in a simple box, parts aren't secure inside, but don't really need to be. Heavy gauge steel.I saw some complaints regarding screw holes and hardware, happy to say this was a non issue. Only one hole was slightly out of alignment so I started that screw halfway first, and then the rest. Put all four screws in partway on each leg FIRST. Then tighten. If the screws are slightly crooked at the end, you can keep screwing and they'll flatten out as the table edge is compressed no problem! This is thick steel, so when the platform is bent at factory, the bends are very slightly not perfect 90 degrees. Maybe closer to 80-85. If I were using a hand tool, like a screwdriver or wrench, it may have been more difficult. I used a Milwaukee drill with a square bit Phillips. The hardware included extra screws for me.Works great, happy. Wish it wasn't so pricy, but, what isn't these days?

Works well, looks good
Have had this for about 4 years now. Have a water pump mounted on it. The stand still looks brand new and is still sturdy. Excellent buy.

just what I wanted
I got this not to support a hot water tank but an electric smoker, the height is just what I wanted and it is more than strong enough. Very pleased with my purchase. BTW a cinch to assemble.

MADE IN USA?
It is claimed that the product is Made In The USA! I hope this is true! I Love the heavy gauged material and simple design... If it were for me I would boast the sheet metal screws with a sturdy bolt and locknut with spring washers.I am happy to support our businesses... I will go online to see more about the company and see if they have more products that I can use.Thank you.

Heavy duty water heater
I am not sure why some are complaining that the machine screws are not OK! It is perfect. Aligning the screws is important before tightening it fully. What I did is laid the flat piece (it is heavy) onto a table, then aligned each leg and loosely tightened "furthest" screws (provided) - Once aligned, then tightened it. Next I Added the "nearer" screws. Perfect and excellent fit.

Sturdy and easy to install; good value
I bought this for my 48 gal water heater in garage. My floor isn't level, so I was able to hacksaw a few mm off the bottoms of some of three legs to level out the pedestal.

Inaccurate weight rating.
Had to reinforce the middle of the stand with a post when it only had 375 pounds on it. Severely underrated. We put the empty water heater on the stand and it teetered like a weeble wobble.Easy assembly though.

Screw holes not aligned with holes
Ended up returning, not one pre-drilled hole for the screws was properly aligned. As this was a solid steel, heavy product, the misaligned holes could NOT be modified.
