Meguiar's G190424 Ultimate Waterless Wheel & Tire Dressing - 24 Oz Spray Bottle

Usually when I finish detailing my car (wipe down with Ultimate Quik Detailer), I'll take the towel and wipe off my rims. I thought I'd give this product a try, since it offered being a tire dressing as well.It left my rims clean, shiny, and smooth/slick, and did provide some level of tire dressing as well. If you're looking for the deep shiny gloss you get from gels, this isn't it, but it also did not "spray" over the car after driving nor did it leave residue on my car cover. My rims had a bit of dust and dirt from the recent rains, and the spray cleaned that up fine. My impression is that if you have caked-on mud or dust, you should still wash it off first before using this product, or you'll have to do a second application.Definitely like what it did for my rims, will buy again!

I have matte black rims that would still look bad after cleaning .The rims are factory so I asked dealership about product to use that would get rims back to original off the lot appearance. I was simply told to use soap and water and no harsh cleaners as they would damage paint.This did not work.I then tried different rim cleaners which got the rims clean but dull looking after completion.This product was different. After using rims looked show room and lasted a couple of weeks. The product says use on rims and tires but I use another product on tires.One bottle of this product usually last me through summer and spring because of its long lasting properties.

First off, I am obsessed with a clean car. I have a rather expensive one that I clean almost every week, and am always looking for ways to improve the look and ease of my detailing. I wash my car using a pressure washer, foam gun, and multiple buckets of soap and water, and spend the better part of a day detailing the car. I’ve purchased multiple products over the years, and am not ashamed to say I’ve probably wasted a lot of money in this endeavor. It’s an obsession after all. :)In my area, the water is quite hard and I always wind up with a lot of brake rust on the rotors after a wash (I detest rusty rotors as it destroys the look of the car). I’ve yet to find an easy solution to this, short of installing a water softener (which wouldn’t help a significant amount), or buying ceramic brake rotors for the car. My only option was to drive the car after a wash to remove as much of the rust from the rotors as possible, but then it ends up on the wheels. So another wipe down of the wheels is needed to clean them up, but I didn’t want to have to use water for this as it would just be a viscous cycle.I found this product and tried it. I was concerned after cleaning the first wheel, because as other reviewers have mentioned, it IS greasy. After application, the towel used to clean them is pretty much covered with “grease” and dust and is just about unusable for any other purpose, but I think if you keep a few towels just for this product/purpose you can reuse them just fine.With that said, the wheels are clean and look great, but they still have a thin film of “grease” on them even after several days, which might be due to over application. I would recommend using this product sparingly and try not to get too much on the calipers or rotors. In fact, I would say spray your towel with the product then wipe the wheels down, rather than spray directly on the wheels themselves.I can’t comment on the tire sheen as I don’t use it for that. But the wheels look good and seems to provide the best solution for this issue so far.

I use this as a last step. Clean the heavy dirt off and then use this as a detailer. Spray on a small amount and spread over whole wheel with a cloth. Buff off with clean microfiber cloth and wheels look like new. Very wet and glossy.

This is sort of a weird hybrid product, but when used correctly it's great. Note, it's definitely not for heavily soiled wheels, if that dirty I'd still wash with a regular soap or wheel cleaner. However, this is great for lighter amounts of brake dust or dirt.The best way I found to apply is to spray heavier on the tires FIRST, and then a light mist on the wheels, then wipe the wheels and then the tires.View this product as more of a wheel and tire detailer, not necessarily a cleaner or heavy tire shine. Works great when used in that method!

Easy to use, put on wipe off, wheels and tires look great.

Super easy to use. It cleans the wheels and tires without water. Usually, I spray it on and then drive away. You can use a rag on the tires if you want. It will get on you if you don't wipe it, but I don't rub up against the tires.

Most other wheel and tire cleaners require immediate and thorough hosing off after application, or they will cause significant damage to the vehicle. The Meguiar's Ultimate Waterless Wheel & Tire Dressing is the only cleaner that doesn’t need water. Super convenient.

Premesso che NON sono un detailer, quindi non mi importa nulla di decontaminazioni varie e quant'altro, trovo che faccia egregiamente il suo lavoro. Scioglie in pochi secondi lo sporco dei cerchi e ne consente semplice rimozione con una sola passata di panno pulito.
