Size is small
I ordered the Small/Medium, should have gone with the Large/Xtra large. Way to small and I don't have large arms. No way to even force them on. Probably decent arm covers, just can't get them on.

Worked Excellent During a Recent Marathon!!
I bought these to use at the 2022 Amsterdam Marathon. I've never used arm sleeves before, but I have used Zensah calf sleeves for years, to help prevent calf strains.I decided to try these, since I've read that they help prevent your core from losing heat/energy to heat your arms and legs, which I attribute to my calf strains and perhaps a recent hamstring strain. I'm also wondering if some shoulder tightness, I usually get during long races, were prevented too.Through the race, I felt them keeping my arms warm when it was a cool, wet 55 degrees at the start, and then kept them cool as the sun came out and the temperatures rose.I went for the small size, which was at the border of the 14" circumference I measured my arms at. I am 5' 10" and 155 lbs. They stayed snug through all 26.2 miles, I never had to adjust them and I barely noticed they were there. They also made me look good!!Not saying these helped with my speed, but I did get a 13 minutes personal best from previous marathons!!

TINY
I ordered the Large/ExtraLarge; I was blown away when I unboxed them. They go to to my elbow; made nicely so will keep them. Photos a bit misleading showing dudes with big guns. If Iβd known I would have bought XXXLL if there were such a size.

These saved my arms from SERIOUS injury!
Bought these arm sleeves 8 months ago and have worn them a few times while running and bicycle riding. Yesterday I wore them while doing a short (haha!) 20 mile training bicycle ride. I put on a tank top and thought "I better put on my arm sleeves so people can see me signaling on the road". It was a warm beautiful day so these weren't for warmth - although they did keep my arms warm at a recent 10k run. Unbeknownst to what was going to happen at mile 12, it was then I realized these sleeves are not just for visibility and warmth. They are for protection! Got caught up in some gravel and took a dive off my bike sliding into a road of gravel and pavement. The sleeve took brunt of the skid and did rip. I have a pretty nice size road rash on my arm now too. I realized as I laid there on the ground that had I not put these sleeves on both my arms I would have been completely ripped up and I would not have been able to continue on my ride ON MY BICYCLE. But rather I'd have had an ambulance ride to the Emergency Room due to gravel and rock embedded in my skin.No matter if you ride a motorized vehicle or a leg-orized one, please wear proper protection! Be safe out there my fellow runners and riders!

Good support nice product
Reviewed and used by John T's wife Sharon. I only gave the product a 4 star rating because it was moderately tight around the upper arm area, which made it slightly uncomfortable to wear for more than 2 to 3 hours. I have average size arms approximately 11.5 inch around on the upper arm (Bicep area), and 6.25 inches around at the wrist area. The small medium size is supposed to fit a bicep size between 9.5 to 13.5 inches. My arm size falls exactly in the middle of this range, yet it's tight. I think I might order the large size and see how that fits. If it's to big I'll let my husband use it. He always seems to have something wrong with his arm, especially if he has yard work to do around the house. The sleeves are easy to clean. I hand washed using baby wash, then air dried them. Do not put in the dryer. This kept them in their original form without any loss in compression. They are pretty easy to put on and take off, and gives good support to the arm and especially the elbow area, which is where I need it. All in all I think this is a good product, but you might think about ordering the large size if you have upper arms 11.5 inches or wider.

I wear these for cold weather underneath long sleeves or sleeves lees top.
I bought them so I can use them as an extra layer to wear in cold temps instead of wearing extra tops

These Were Good Until They Weren't!!
I bought these arm sleeves a couple of years ago because I love the Zensah leg sleeves. These are just okay. I wear these on my daily morning walks. I wash them according to manufacturer's instructions and today when I put them on, both tore at the seams and had big holes in them. The compression in these is not that great either. Highly disappointed because I do love this brand, but will not purchase these again.

GREAT Product, Great company; I like them but...
...for me anyway, I prefer that the actual compression factor be better. However for sizing, I find and feel that this company gets that part right. It seems to me, that they've taken into consideration that a S/M will fit an average sized person, who in reality is S/M, while at the same time it seems have considered that by LG/XLG means for perhaps weightlifters (exempting 'roid-crazed super-sized arms maybe) eh, perhaps professional athletes who actually have LG/XLG sized arms. The point is just that if you're an average sized person and honest about yourself being just that, then the S/M should fit you just fine. If you've got some good-sized guns (and just not fancy that to be so ) - all things being relative, 'most likely' L/XL will fit you just fine. The problem for me is that I feel the compression could be better, as in my case I'm diagnosed with tendonosis (similar to tendonitis) golfers elbow (inside the elbow), couldn't even hold a coffee cup for awhile there, BUT ANYWAY, as much as I like these I'm still going to have to wear an Ace - Bandage/sleeve over top of these. Between the two, for ME, this is going to work. I like these, but I wish they offered slightly more compression. My needs there are perhaps not typical.

These sleeves are great to use in combination with a t-shirt
I have a pair of both this product and the reflective version. The below is similar to my thoughts on the reflective version with some editing to reflect that these sleeves don't have reflective elements:I typically run 25 to 30 miles a week (which includes some commuting to and from work), and sometimes in the cold it isn't practical to wear a long sleeve compressing base layer top. These sleeves are great to use in combination with a t-shirt; keeps your arms warm in colder weather whilst still giving you sufficient ventilation that you wouldn't necessarily get from a long sleeve base layer. I have a slim figure with small arms and purchased a size small; the fit works well, but as with anything, take a look on the Zensah website for guidelines.Only two reasons why I didn't rate five-stars, and it's only minor couple of issues. First, the level of compression itself isn't huge. You can feel it enclosed on your arms tight enough to stay put and take the chill off in the cold, but it isn't the same heavier compression you'd get from a traditional base layer. I wouldn't necessarily say that's a failing of the product, just it's a lighter weight compression to what you may or may not be expecting. The second one is that during rain, the fit at the top of the sleeves occasionally bunches and can roll downwards ever so slightly. But this might be more an issue with the size of my arms (as said previously, small arms!).Overall, would strongly recommend for runners who want a piece of clothing to keep the arms warm that won't give you the same risk of overheating as a full on base layer. For runners who do a lot of miles in the evening and low-light conditions, I'd consider paying a little bit more for the reflective version.

LOVE these arm warmers
Oh my goodness ..... why did I wait so long to order these??? They are fantastic! The measuring chart on the Zensah site meant I got the right fit first time which does't always happen ([...]), Amazon may want to add the correct size chart, it would help immensely! They are soft and warm and I have had no chaffing from them to date. They wash like a dream too. The BEST bit, besides looking great, is that I now it's spring I don't have to wear 2 layers so I avoid over heating as once I get warm enough I can just push these nifty little sleeves down and use them as sweat bands, it's win-win really :-)

Five Stars
Yeah these are really good, soft compression though, not the heavy compression of my CEP socks.
