Yes , 2 minutes on each side. Use the metal rack came with the microwave. 4 mint f 4 Grill cheese sandwich

Q: Does anyone know if this microwave runs on a 2.4 ghz frequency? our current microwave cuts out our wifi, so i'm hoping to avoid this.

This is a well known problem. Microwaves operate on the same spectrum as 2.4Ghz WiFi netowrks, so pretty much all microwaves are going to interfere with standard 2.4Ghz WiFi signals. Whether or not it will be an issue really depends on the quality of the microwave's shielding and the layout of your house/office space. Cheap and older microwaves have much worse shielding, so will typically be more problematic. Channel 1 is farthest from the Microwave interference, but depending on WiFi congestion with neighbors it might not actually perform better. Switching your WiFi equipment to newer 5Ghz networks is the best solution, but be warned that 5ghz doesn't go though dense material as well. So if you have brick, concrete or even very thick plaster walls you may need more WiFi access points for the same coverage area than you did with an older 2.4Ghz network.

I have had a convection microwave and one similar to this. And I used the grill part often, it was great for making pies or pizza. Especially during holiday times when the oven is in use due to turkey, ham, or whatever having the rack in the microwave helps cu down on cooking times as I was able to cook dishes simultaneously while the oven was occupied.
