WOW...super duper impressed
Today was my first day trying Polygala and I cant believe how effective it was. I took it upon waking up with my usual shot of espresso. I was a little nervous given what I read about its disassociative properties, so I used about 3/4 of a scoop. I went and showered, and about 30 min later I felt a subtle lift. I wanted it to hit me a little harder, so I took another half scoop and off to work I went. I cannot believe how fast the day flew by. Every time I looked at the time, I was dumbfounded at how much time had passed. I'm super busy at work and time usually goes by fast, but this was on a whole other level. It seemed to last me all day...this boost in energy, well being, and a calmness similar to ltheanine but stronger. It didn't fully take away my stress, but it absolutely made it more manageable. I honestly could have stayed at work for another few hours. If I wasn't salary, I probably would have too. I ended up taking a little more when i got home just to experiment and see if twice a day is too much. Wondering if it will impact my sleep negatively, we shall see. I highly recommend people try this supplement. If you're into mood boosters/energy boosting supplements....give this a go! Try one scoop as suggested and see how it works for ya.
