High flow thermostat
I needed a high flow thermostat for the high flow water pump I installed, it worked perfectly

The proper orientation of the thermostat is most important to know. Spring toward engine.
I used this thermostat on a 1968 Massey Ferguson backhoe/front end loader. It fit perfectly and keeps the engine temperature operating at manufacturer specification, 160 degrees F. Fast delivery, reasonably priced. Very happy with this product.

Working well
My 95 Tahoe was running to hot so I replaced it with this thermostat and it keeps the temperature down low. Very happy with it.

Wasn't for me
Not gonna dock points simply because it wasn't for me. It works all right, no question it keeps your motor cool. But to me, its more of an open-loop t-stat if anything. I don't think it even closes to be honest. My temp gauge never got more than 1/8 hot. So if you're not looking for any heat out of your dash vents, this is the way to go I guess, because your engine is NEVER going to get hot with this thermostat. I had to pull it back out and reinstall a factory one (loads of fun that was) since I need a good 1/2 hot.

Cooled down the motor for sure
So my car is supposed to have a 180* but while normal driving it would tickle around the 205* and I didn't like seeing it. Once I swear the fuel line hydro locked from heat boiling the gas out of the fuel line. Not positive that is what happened, but I didn't like being stranded. Changing it to 160* keeps the temp below 190* makes me feel 100% better. I don't worry about sitting in traffic now. I may need to change it back in the winter 🥶

Does great
Used on a sbc 350, hot days sometimes temp gets to 175-185, cool or cold days. Stays right at 160.
