Works good enough for typical consumers...
The tool appears to be made of aluminum. It will likely wear out after a bit of use, but is likely enough as I am an owner of a single Jura machine, and only take it apart about every 6 months so I can fully clean the "Brew Group".If you are having problems with your Jura Machine and need a tool so you can try fixing it yourself, this tool will get you there. I was able to fix my machine by just fully cleaning out the coffee grinder to grounds chute and the Brew group. I now plan on just disassembling the machine about every 6 months for a good cleaning, after seeing the moldy grounds collecting in places within the machine. Jura really needs to make the machine able to be disassembled more fully for thorough cleaning.

Works great. Good fit.
This is a great little tool for fixing your Jura coffee maker. I used it to take of the back of my Z5 to clean the tray contacts (they were really bad). Saved a $300 repair bill.

Worked like a charm
I needed to disassemble a Nespresso Citiz Espresso maker to replace some leaking O rings and found what I could only describe as proprietary anti-theft screws at the bottom. You can't take these off with pliers because they're almost round. A little Googling lead me to this. If you look really closely, you can see they're oval. This bit fit into the end of a 1/4" socket and let me tear down this machine in minutes. Didn't strip out head or cause any other problems. Keeping this in a safe spot for the next time I need to repair one of my machines.

God fit, works well
Well fitting bit for the screws. Note that the hex end does not fit the typical 1/4 inch drives and a socket and 1/4 inch socket bit is needed if you want to drive this with a electric screw driver.

Works for my needs
I was able to take apart my coffee maker using this tool. It was easily fixed, rather than having to pay a hefty fee to send it in for repairs.

Worked after modifications.
Opening was too small so I had to dremmel it out a little to make it work. Did the thing it was supposed to do fine after that. Also, it has a hex shape on the end but is a little to big to fit into a hex screwdriver handle so I had to use this by hand using the link as leverage to twist.

Junk, did not work.
Purchased to use on a ENA 9. The socket was too big and just spun around each bolt and failed to removed any bolt from the machine. Complete failure would not recommend.

It actually fits screws. Other ones didn't.
It's well made and can be used on screwdriver drills.
