The taste is pleasant. We have put this in our water bag on a long run. It is very pleasant just to have as a drink with added electrolytes. Refreshing. Not gritty or residue left at the bottom of a glass

I'd tried this at a stand in the RDS in Dublin for the Dublin City Marathon Expo last year and decided to give it a go as I struggled over longer distances with nausea after taking gels and such like on board. So far I've tried it twice over longer distances and have found it much better at providing energy and at limiting the nausea. I find myself also using it now before short runs as a source of energy and hydration.

Love the taste , very refreshing. It doesn’t upset my stomach. I hope it doesn’t set hard in the jar . I will edit my review if it does .

Used for sporting activities

Great product, have purchased several times. However when I opened the Amazon packaging (which was immaculate) the product itself was covered in slimy black muck. Was still sealed so poured it into the old container. Should never have been dispatched in this state though.

I’ve found active root a great product, easy on the stomach and ideal for use on long runs.

This is a great sport supplement, I feel like it helps me out with my hydration and energy levels throughout my workout or ride, will definitely buy again, great price and even better taste!
