Wonderworld Pretend Pinky Cosmetic Girl Toy Set - 9 Piece Wooden Essential Makeup Set

I absolutely love this set! I purchased it for my 18-month-old daughter (though it says 3+) and she absolutely loves it! I thought that it was very well made and the quality was great, as this is a PRETEND set. The yarn "bristles" are very soft and I am not worried about them touching/scratching my daughter's eyes and face like I would be with actual makeup bristles. The comb is thick and cannot get caught in her hair. And I LOVE the fact that they nail polish and lipstick don't actually stay together like actual products. I MUCH prefer this toy version where my daughter can take it apart herself and not ask me to help her with it every 10 seconds. The rubber wood is soft and smooth and I haven't found a single splinter nor has it gotten snagged on anything. I highly recommend this product for anyone who knows a child that is interested in makeup!

Bought this for my 21 month old granddaughter who loves to dig in my cosmetic bag in my purse. It's a very nice set for a young toddler; doesn't need to be realistic as some posters have complained. We did have to take away a couple of pieces as potential chocking hazards, but she doesn't notice and still has fun with the mirror, comb, compact, and "makeup." Recommend this.

My 3 year old, who is super girly, absolutely loves this set. She is always "putting makeup on" herself and her parents. It's well made and nice that it's wood. The only drawback is that the pieces don't stay together easily (lipstick lid just falls off, nail polish handle slides out easily). My daughter doesn't seem to notice that, though.

I was really attracted to the wooden aspect. This set is cute. The blush and eye shadow brushed are a little weird... The material (yarn...) is too soft and shouldn't be used for a brush in my opinion. And the comb is just odd - it cannot be used on hair of any length or hair at all, really. But my daughter's only 2 and seems to like it a lot. I don't think I'd get this for an older kid in the 5-7 range.

I really like this set and so does my 3 year old daughter. She always wants to play make up and will use random toys to pretend they are lipstick or blush. I don't really want her using the real thing yet, so this is perfect for her to pretend she is painting her nails or putting on makeup. I also like that the accessories are wooden and not plastic.

My 19 month old daughter often sits in the sink and pretends to put on my make-up. I was concerned she wouldn't go for this set since it's not mama's, but she loves it. I didn't even have to show her what to do. She just picked up the brushes and started playing. It is a well made and cute little set. The reviews about the cap for the lipstick not staying put are correct. However, it doesn't bother us ... we're more about the brushes.

Great quality. I bought this as a gift for a five year old. Once I held it and looked at all the pieces, I considered purchasing another set for my preschool class. Great but and the price is great too

My 15 month old daughter loves it. It is quickly her favorite as well as the 2.5 year old girl that my wife babysits. We were made aware of this product by a neighbor who has a two year old girl who also really enjoys it.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my niece and she loved it! Giving it 4 stars because the lids to the lipstick and nail polish are very loose and don’t stay on. So cute though!

Not what I expected. The lipstick lid and the nail polish lid do not stay on at all. Very very loose. Comb isn't even usable. Other then that it's ok.
