What do you mean it's for a girlfriend? I didn't notice that when I bought it for myself, a 52 year old man. Anyway.My kitty of more than 15 years died. She slept with me nearly every night for all that time, starting as a palm-sized kitten on the pillow next to my head. I loved her to death, in the most literal sense. Her joining me for bed-- or getting there first-- was so a part of my sleep ritual, I found myself unable to for days...until I ordered this silly item.It's not Miette, not even by a wide margin, but I can hug it tighter without it complaining and it has brought me immeasurable comfort in the weeks since her passing. I can't speak to the quality after 6 months, but for now it is WAY worth $19.99. Whoever designed it did some good thinking about it, too. I won't spoil it for you, but go ahead, get to hugging...you'll figure it out.

I ordered this for myself to hold onto at night to sleep to help keep my arms from falling asleep at night.Cons:It's a little smaller than I thought it would be was basically vacuum sealed when it was packaged so it still has wrinkles on it that I haven't been able to shake out.Pros:That being said it is very soft and comfortable.The face and overall design is cuteI've been sleeping better since I've had it.Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would buy another as a gift for a family member or friend.

The cat pillow is cute and soft but im really disappointed about the size. In the description is says its 23.5 inches long the size of a standard pillow. It should say that its 23.5 inches from nose to tip of tail. Its actually the size of a airline traveling pillow. It should not be listed as a large size cat pillow, its really just a stofted animal toy. My daughter will like it anyway because it is cute an soft but there is no way she will be able to use ut as a pillow to sleep with.

This kitty is really soft and has enough stuffing to make it pleasantly squishy. It feels almost just like the TY Squishaboo plushies. Just make sure to leave it resting a while after unpacking.I also love it's design. It makes a perfect throw pillow and is very fun to hug!
