I would not buy it again.
This does not work as well as the Oxy Elite. Although it doesn’t make you feel jittery, it doesn’t curb the appetite as well.

Large red capsules, easy to take
I am not having any issues with taking these capsules, even 4 at a time. They are not causing me any bad issues. I am not getting the jitters or experiencing a caffeine rush. On the other hand this does not seem to help at all with feeling hungry. For example right now I had taken 4 capsules about 5 hours ago, had breakfast soon after & right now my stomach is giving me a very hungry feeling, more so then when I am just fasting and not taking any supplements. The prior morning I had taken 4 and only eaten a cup of nuts & coffee. Stomach hunger was not too bad at all, so this does seem to vary.Generally I am finding that these types of supplements generally don't work for me, so I would say these are a "your mileage may vary" type of product, works well for some and not so much for others.

Not Sure it Works
It seems to work a little, but it could be placebo effect or it could be that eating four gelatin capsules is a bit of a meal in itself. On my bottle there was a non-removable stock keeping label placed over the ingredients list, so I came here to find out what's in it and I'm still not entirely sure. Which makes me a little worried. This may work for some people, but after experimenting with this for a few days, I think my best bet is something sensible for breakfast like a protein shake, then keep busy and drink black coffee. I say that because if my appetite was controlled, and I'm not sure it was, the problem for me is not appetite, but bored or nervous eating, and this doesn't help that.If you're trying a bunch of different things, you might see if this works for you, but keep your expectations modest.

On the fence...
The fact that I had to take this repeatedly throughout the day, and of course take it with water or some other liquid, I felt that my appetite was cut -- at least for a while. However, I have to question whether or not my appetite would have been cut anyway by increasing my intake of liquid. I'm not really convinced.

doesn't work as well as other appetite controls
First thing I did was look up what capsimax is. It is a proprietary blend with most likely black pepper, caffeine, niacin and capsicum extracts. It is not known exactly what is in the blend. It is a secret. Like the colonel's. Green tea, of course is a stimulant, like caffeine. The other ingredients are a laxative, garcinia cambogia, glucomannan - a fiber, and turmeric. Nothing bad is listed but because you don't know exactly what is in capsimax, it makes it difficult to know what you are taking. You should get hunger control and thermal benefits.
