At first glance this necklace is lovely, all spelt right and much bigger than i though but in a good way. However the clasp on the necklace is faulty and it dosnt snap shut properly like it should so the chain isnt as secure as it should be.

It looked really pretty in the bag, spelling of the name was correct etc. I didn’t take it out as it was a birthday present for my daughter. When she opened it she loved it and wanted it on, I put it on and the chain broke straight away. On closer inspection it was the little ring on the very end of the chain, that holds the clasp onto the chain that had not been pushed together close enough, so the chain just fell off of it. My husband was able to squeeze it closer so that it is now secure. There are some brown stains on the chain (like when it begins to rust) which let it down a little bit. My daughter loves it though. (We chose sterling silver).

I can honestly say the quality is very good , siloed is strong , very pleased with it , my daughter has kept it on since I bought it her she loves it , not like others I’ve bought from else where in the past that bend & are flimsy , this one looks & feels much more expensive than it is , I’d definitely recommend buying this one !!!

Delighted with it. Bought it as a stocking filler gift for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. I was delighted with her reaction, which I wasn’t expecting. It comes with a lovely gift box and cleaning cloth. Would buy again for other relatives.

This is a lovely necklace bought for Christmas for my granddaughter.It took a little while to come but has arrived before the specified date.It came in a gift box with a silver cleaning cloth. It is very pretty and good quality. Being from (I think) China it is unique and being able to choose the style of font for the lettering I am certain that nobody else will have the same necklace.If you are looking for a unique, quality jewellery item then you won’t be disappointed.Highly recommended

I love this! So pleased with my choice of lettering. The length of chain is perfect and has an extension of at least 3cm. The thickness of the chain and nameplate is perfect also. There is a hallmark for sterling silver on the teardrop end of the extension chain but not on the nameplate but all looks to me like solid sterling silver. I have worn this most of the time since it arrived and it is perfect. I come out in rashes with a lot of jewellery so this being silver against my skin has been perfect for me. I LOVE IT! I'm going to order one for my daughter for her birthday soon!

This is the second of these that I have purchased for my young nieces. The birthday girl, on this occasion, according to her father, enjoyed the neckless to the extent that she wore it through to the next morning. Mission accomplished, I think. As they are three sisters, and the elder two each have one of these now, it is a safe bet that I’ll be buying a third in due course.
