My barn light would go out every time I opened my garage door. They were on the same circuit, and the slight voltage drop when the door motor activated caused the barn light to go out. Then the bulb would slowly come back on again. The problem was the bulb was old. I replaced the bulb with this new one and everything works perfect again.

I used this light bulb for my outdoor safety light. It provides lighting for my large backyard. Great

This bulb emits a bright yellow light. Must be used with a sodium vapor housing. I would buy this bulb again as long as the housing holds up I will use this bulb.
