The Overstreet Guide To Collecting Video Games

I'm enjoying the content, but I was hoping there would actually be a price guide in it. It is really just a small book with some interesting historical content. Not really worth the price.

For the PC Engine about 650 games were released on CD and HU Card from 1987 on. Among them are many famous games that went down in history like Bomber Man, Sapphire, Dracula X, Gunhed, Winds of Thunder, PC Genjin, etc. Unfortunately, in "Collecting Video Games", which is 160 pages long, the PC Engine is mentioned on page 148 on only half a page. One might think that it is an insignificant system in this day and age - which is completely wrong. In September 2023, for example, the game "Magical Chase" was sold on eBay for $21,000. This is a business after all, and I wonder if "The Overstreet Guide" has the necessary competence for the Japanese video game market?

Assumed the name "Overstreet" implied a book similar to the Overstreet Comic Price guide, an indispensable resource. This was nothing like that, disjointed and not at all comprehensive. A total waste of money.
