So let me start by saying that everything I am about to say is from my own personal experience, so I can't say that everyone will experience the same results.I recently adopted a beautiful 8-year old multi-mix. When I picked him up, they handed me half of a 30# bag of this. I also have a 13-yr old beagle mix, who is what has been deemed by her vet as an "allergy bag". I was feeding her another brand (pedigree) because it was the only food that didn't seem to make her worse.Just to explain - she had severe ear infections, to the point where one of her ears has been woefully swollen for at least 7 years, she has scar tissue that was built up so badly from her flipping her head that her left ear was inside-out. - Enter this food -The original idea was to blend this food with the pedigree and get the new addition on that food (much cheaper). I was watching the beagle and she would body-check the new dog out of the way to get to his food. So I put it with hers.I didn't want to disrupt his eating right away, and I was going out of town soon after adopting him so I transitioned them both to the Holistic Select.This was the absolute BEST decision I have ever made for the Beagle's health! Her swollen paws, and ears are back to normal. Her ears lay normally (this was since 8/3/2013!!). She is more alert and has a new zest in her step.Our vet noticed immediately and when looking at her ears, said that she now had an opening to her ear canal and the mess that is in her ears 24/7 was noticeably reduced!I will never feed my dogs anything but this product going forward, after seeing first hand how it has helped my girl. In a little over a month her health has made a 360-degree change in the right direction.The best part of all of this (like anything could be better) is that it is made locally to me by Eagle Pak- in Mishawaka, Indiana!Food made in the USA!Little did I know that the best product for my girl was literally a 1/2 mile from my home.The bad part? There are very few stores in my area that carry it!It was fate that brought my new addition Kye (a Shepard/lab/basset mix) into my life - to fill a void and to help save my Bailey's health.If your dog suffers from allergies, try this food for a month or two - it's worth the expense.

Package arrived smashed and with earwigs taped over on box. Concerned about whether there were more in the food.

This food works well with my boy's finnicky digestive system. I've tried a few different kinds of food and none have worked, except for this. The change from loose stool and gas to normal stool was almost immediate after I switched him to this food. The bag I received had no mold to speak of like some other reviewers have warned us against, but thanks for giving me the incentive to check.The only thing I would change about this food is the size of the kibble pieces. If you have a small or even a medium dog, it will probably be a little more difficult for them to chew these big and quite hard pieces. I wish there were 3 different sizes to choose from, like Royal Canin provides.

I have 4 Chihuahua's and most know they have very finicky eating and delicate stomachs. My vet suggested this dry food, mixing some of their can food together and for almost a year now what a difference has been made. I also have noticed they seem more satisfied and their coats are soft and shiny. The price here on Amazon is less than at the office and I like not having to worry about running out, with the delivery. Unfortunately, I need to update my review whereas this pricing is, I have purchase this product under another site because pricing went up here on all my dog food and it is offered more reasonably elsewhere.

Been using this for several years, though it looks like they have changed the formula.1. Kibbles are small, which is not so good for the teeth.2. Kibbles are fragile, which results in thick layer of dust from broken bits at the bottom.3. Finally, new formula resulted in digestion problems with one of my dogs.Now, I'm quite sure that this is not related to any virus or any sort of other food related problem.That dog is more sensitive to protein/fat related stuff, so they probably did something with that.

Crazy Daisy loves this. After I saw the improvement of Space Kitty on this brand I decided my Daisy deserved the some of the same. I previously had her on Rachel Ray because of the vegetable content it contains which helps her anal glands. Now I equally mix the two brands and she gobbles it up. Her dandruff is gone and her coat is softer too. No more scratching!

I order these sticks frequently. My pups adore them. My last order however was a disappointment since the sticks were not nearly as thick as they have been in past orders. My pups go through them twice as fast when they are so thin. I'll give them another try since I hear all bully sticks are on a shortage & may be thinner than usual.
