I loveee this supplement. I’ve suffered from hypothyroidism and anxiety all my life and I guess I sort of just adapted to living that way. A friend recommended I try Ashwagandha and recommended this brand, so I started taking it about a week ago and it actually WORKS. A couple of my close friends have randomly said they’ve noticed my good mood in the past few days and I also feel more awake... I guess more energetic. I don’t know what effect it will have on my thyroid situation yet, but so far I can only say positive things about this. I’ll probably also try their turmeric supplements.

I have never left a review before but this is necessary.. This is SO effective. The level of calmness that I feel when I take it (only after 2-3 days) is crazy. I suffer from anxiety attacks (even ended up in the hospital a few times) and I've never taken anything so effective that is natural. Can't recommend it enough. New favorite supplement. If you suffer from anxiety of high stress, don't hesitate, it's a MUST!

This is a great product, I am a big fan of the artichoke leaf blend which is something that I look for in my Ashwagandha supplements. I am an engineer and find that Ashwagandha helps with both focus and having a general sense of well being. Happy to be adding this to my daily regimen of natural supplements.

By far the best I've tried! It was very effective in a short period of time. Balances my energy level and mood so I don't hit the lows where I'm unmotivated to get anything done. It’s been an incredible 'wow' feeling coupled with a general rightness. After two weeks I realized it's been a while since I’ve felt majorly stressed or overwhelmed.
