When every ounce counts, this bag weighs 9 ounces more than stated. This may not seem like a huge deal, but when trying to meet the 8kg weight limit on European airlines, it is. Also, zipper sticks. For the price point on this bag, I will continue my search. It is quite beautiful, however, and if a few ounces heavier doesn't bother you, you may want to give it a try.

This carryon bag is super light, and is easy to move through airports and down airplane aisles. It is the perfect bag, EXCEPT the handle broke in less than 6 months of use. The break is right where the plastic meets the metal on one side of the retractable handle. Superglue didn't hold. I cannot find replacement handles online, and I am not near a Delsey approved repair center. Not sure what to do.

I know there is a lot of lightweight hardshell luggage out there but this one is super different and much better. It has one feature that the others don't - the zipper. It is not your average zipper. It has what is called Zip SECURITECH® which is super stronger than other zippers. I have always worried about people sticking a pen through the zipper and opening it up that way but with this one, you cannot. They are not kidding about it being lightweight either wow super cool I am used to the fabric heavy ones you drag behind you. Would I buy it again oh yes I would!

I love this Delsey carry on! It is very lightweight less than 4 lbs empty, without breaking the bank! I have been using this for 3+ months now for international and domestic travels. So far the experience is great! It is vert stylish and I get compliments.

Love everything about this suitcase, especially the weight. Lifting bags over my head isn't always the easiest--it's easier & less complicated with this. Ordering a larger one soon!

Delsey is my go-to brand for luggage. They have very good luggage, very nice looks, quality and is super light. You can pack a lot BUT my only regret is that I did not realize it did not expand. The zipper feature in each side keeps everything organized but when traveling you do need the extra 2” expansion for the unexpected, especially because the weight works in your favor. I have 2 30” and they did great during travel.

looks pretty. But it actually weights around 5.5 lb rather than the claimed 4.8 lb. I wanted a carryon below 5 lb, so I'm disappointed.

This is a nice, lightweight hard sided luggage and rolls nicely - so nice that I have to be careful if stopped on an incline as it takes off on it's own.

Been looking for this 30" luggage for quite some time and finally found it on amazon. It's one of the lightest around and its got double coil zippers to prevent theft. Perfect for long trip.
