It's not soaking wet!!!
It really smells good and it's dry. Other sprays are like misting with water and soaks the floor, counters, etc, wherever you spray gets soaking wet. You spray a small room and the whole house smells good for hours. Fringe benefit...it comes in a beautiful can!
