This book is a good overall read for organizational leadership.

Weick's insights into how people make sense of what is happening in situations is unique and profound. It is also difficult and Weick's work is not always easy to make sense of itself.Anyone with a deep interest in how cognition relates to organizational activity will love Weick's work.

Using as a reference source mainly for ideas in assignments etc obviously well written lots of information, will take a while to absorb all within but i recommend it
