Damaged upon arrival, had to get three different SIM cards for it to activate, battery life went from 100% to dead in less than one hour with me simply trying to activate the phone for 15 minutes and then letting it sit there untouched. Once I finally got it activated, mobile data never worked, making and receiving phone calls never worked, and some other features that I can’t remember off the top of my head didn’t work either. I returned it and thankfully got refunded.

My phone came cracked. The fingerprint reader is finicky and never works. The battery life is awful, my phone is at 100% when I start my day at work, I never turn off battery saver mode, and rarely use my phone throughout the day, yet by the time I'm home it's either dead or at 15 percent.I do not recommend this phone at all.

This company is a joke I recieved the samsung galaxy s6 for my sons birthday and and it does not work I tried turning the phone on and it stayed a black screen I tried charging the phone for 2 hours and nothing happened also the phone gets extremely hot when you try to charge it they also didnt send me a return label to return it

Just don't buy it. They'll give you a refund, but just done. Cos now I have to wait and go out and buy a whole new phone, but if course "their phones are tested to work properly" more like work poorly. Had issues the moment I took it out the box. Not dramatic in any way. It really came out of the box broken and has been ever since. I chose to deal with it and not buy from them again. As I ordered the phone cos I needed asap. Afterwards I'll trash it. As that's what it is. LED BUTTONS DO NOT WORK. CANT UNLOCK PHONE AT TIMES AS THE SCREEN DOESN'T REALLY RESPOND TO TOUCH.(EVEN THO ITS A TOUCHSCREEN PHONE LOL) and over heats just using google. Just think twice read the comments they are there for a reason. And I took the product to be fixed at Samsung. I was told by the repairman that these phones can't be opened or the glued screen will brake. That means they sell the phone as is, broken or not. They check the sim card slots and reset the phones and sell if they have defects or not. And the seller may not be any help. Its wrong, but after speaking with them, amazon will allow it. Sorry. Just don't buy.

Products are just junk cellphones from an old cellphone bin that dont work and nobody checks them to see if the battery even works.
