No issues here. I have purchased this item several times. I know there will always be defective ones, but I have never had an issue with amazon doing returns.

Works perfect at a fraction of the cost from OEM. What else can you say, it functions just as the original.

I always keep spare toner cartridges on hand as the Xerox 6115 printer gives almost no notice that it's about to need a replacement. Thus, when in mid-January I opened the box from L A Liquidators, I was shocked to find that there was toner powder everywhere. It gave the appearance of a VERY poorly done 'ink replacement' job - NOT the way an OEM item would appear (and I've been buying these for 4-5 years now, 10+ each year). If you do buy from this seller, be sure to open the box immediately so you can return for credit if necessary. Very upsetting, particularly since we're now unable to use this printer/copier for at least two more days!

Got this to replace the original cartridge that came with the printer almost 10 years ago. It suddenly quit printing as if the toner dried so the page will print a only a little bit from one side and fades away going( XXX xxx ... ____ ) where the X -> __ is how the ink is printed out. We have tried the usual rocking the cartridge, turning upside down, etc. The cartridge could have been defective but it clearly failed since we haven't printed more than a 100 pages since we got it.

This product arrived in the sealed package but was empty with a little messy toner on the bottom of the cartridge. This is the first time I have experienced an issue with this product. Tip: Purchase the toner from Amazon directly or an office supply store. They are more likely to stand behind the defective product than other vendors.
