This Yoga Wheel is beneficial in so many ways. I have been practicing yoga for many years now. But over the past year, while I was pregnant, I wasnt able to practice due to pregnancy complications. But now that my little one is 6 months, I am able to participate in my love of yoga.I really like this Yoga prop. It can be used tons of different ways, and offers a variety of benefits, including back/shoulder/chest opening and quad/hip flexor stretching. I have also seen it used as a balance-enhancer and a tool for making challenging backbends and arm balances more accessible. I am still working on those. :)I would say to a beginner. Do not be afraid of this yoga prop. You will find ways to incorporate it into your life. And if you do yoga and haven'tbeen able to get one of these. Do so now! And you will be satisfied to incorporate it in your yoga regimen.The big plus is that it features a fitness guide. I have been using the yoga wheel for about a month now and I still refer to my fitness guide.I purchased this item at a reduced price in exchange for an honest and unbiased review of the item. This is my second Yoga Wheel but first through Biophilia Fit. First lets talk about structure, the is extremely durable made of thermoplastic so it can withstand a heavy set individual. The wheel is nice and wide to aid in support and help to make opening your shoulders and other yoga moves more enjoyable and comfortable. Like with my previous wheel there is some padding but please note that if your a newbie it may not feel comfortable the first couple of tries but overtime your body will adjust and you will absolutely fall in love with this wheel. For those who are new to Yoga the company provides several poses on a workout sheet for beginning, intermediate, and advance. Overall, I highly recommend this product the price is very affordable, again the product is very sturdy withstanding up to 500 lbs (and know that Yoga doesn't care about size any and all able body individuals can practice Yoga), and comes in two beautiful sets of colors.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

The yoga wheel has been a beneficial tool in my yoga practice. I have lower back issues, so I tend to have problems while going into back bends. This wheel not only helps to protect my back, but it also helps to activate my core correctly. Not only does it help with back bends, but it also helps with stretching. The wheel itself is coated with a thick, soft, mat like material.I would be cautious using this tool if you are new to yoga; you can easily slide into an advanced pose that your body may not be ready for.Upon delivery, the yoga wheel comes with a flyer that has various poses an individual can do with the wheel.The wheel is much smaller that an average sized yoga ball. The wheel is also much sturdier than a yoga ball, which can be beneficial.I would recommend this yoga wheel to anyone who is looking for a fun, new, supportive tool to use in their practice.I purchased this product at a discount for a fair and unbiased review. Invaluable yoga prop for bringing your workout to a whole new level.I personally am by no means at a teacher level in my yoga routines but use this tool to add in my stretch and flexibility in every workout. This prop pushes me beyond the average workout positions by adding height/support and a handle to grab on to when flexing beyond your everyday limits. The wheel is much stronger than it looks fortunately as I was able to bear all of my weight upon it. The width is just right to fit between shoulder blades without it being too narrow to make it flop to the side easily. The firmness of the inside of the wheel makes it a great hand hold when stretching out my hamstrings to put a firm pressure for a long slow stretch.Great for a hip flex also. I had previously used the smaller yoga ball prop which added a bit of help getting into some of the positions. I at first thought this might just be for the more advanced or teachers but have instead found it to be a most useful tool for me to be creative with. Great look plus light weight to take anywhere so you are not limited where to use the wheel. Great addition for those dedicated to home health. My personal home workout has expanded because of what this tool inspires. I was able to purchase this tool for a reduced cost for my fair and honest opinion. I you need more than just the everyday routine then check out the pictures to see if this is for you then stretch forward.
