Its packed very well , it came packed with foam in the lights and outside
Sign is very nice. I have it in my garage and it looks great. It bigger than I thought. I would recommend this light if you like neon lights

Buyer beware!!
I paid a lot of money for this sign. As you can see, the letters stopped working in less than 3 months. I was informed by the company this was a mercury migration issue. It can't possibly be as this sign works then doesn't then does again. After repeated contact with this company they finally offered me a measly $55 credit and very poor customer service. I have no other option at this point except to take it to a professional neon sign company and pay for repairs in an attempt to salvage it. Buyer beware!!

Disappointing
Just got my neonetics clock today took it out of the box plugged it in and light doesn't work. Not happy. For the money they are I would think there quality control would be better. I'd look else where.
