Great for Iron Fist Kung Fu Training
I used this bag to attain the iron fist. Very durable and can hold even relatively sharp materials without noticeable wear. One thing to note is that it is quite large.

Durable
Durable, useful, and I can put it behind the door without it interfering with the function. Only complaint is that I was hard pressed for a filling for it, however that is not a fault of the manufacturer.

Challenging to install
This bag doesn't hold much (the front and back pieces of canvas are the same size, so the volume of the inside isn't large). I could pack it full enough to get it about 2" thick, which works okay if you have boxing gloves on. There is a zipper across the back to hold it closed, and once it's attached to the wall, after you hit it for a while, the zipper really chews up the drywall, so it's best to be installed over plywood. Installation was a challenge, since you'll need to find washers that are larger than the grommets, and screws/anchors to securely attach it to the wall. It's not very large (wide nor thick), so it works well for jabs, but not for any other kind of punches. If you have a small space and want something to hit, this can work, but it has limited uses.

I really like this product.
I filled it up and started using it the same night. The other students wanted to use it as well. LOL! I wished I would have purchased this sooner.

Much larger than I anticipated, but that's okay! More space to hit. I was able to fill with 10 pounds of rice.

Could be better
On the third time I used the bag the grommets started coming lose, this is just after. Could be a lot better if they were fastened better. I would not buy this product again. I hope this review helps. 🙏🏻

nice strong canvass bag. had a concern and within less than 24 hours received a response from the seller addressing the matter. good product and good customer service: cant ask for more. would buy again.

Buena calidad
El producto es excelente, es lona de algodón de buena calidad, tiene un espacio aproximado de 3.0 Kg, para no dejarlo excesivamente lleno se usaron 2.5Kg.Aguanta bien los golpes y palmasos, recomiendo utilizarlo en una superficie plana y dura.

Resistencia y calidad
Buen producto. Tela resistente y soporta bien los golpes. El interior es impermeable por lo que puedes meter diferentes materiales (arena, piedras, alubias, etc). Genial para colgarlo de una columna, poste o pared.
