Nice arm workout although I thought it would be just a bit more sturdy.Enjoying the item.

Not as solid or steady as I would like. Grips on bottom slide along wood floor and unit is not solid enough to not slide on carpet. Counter and display is not easy to follow

I love this little nick it works great for me I have a spinal cord injuryThat doesn't allow me to do a lot of things but I can use this to get some exerciseFor my legs and arm!!!

This was a bad choice of exercise equipment on my part. The unit is too light, therefore it moves away and shifts when pedaling it. I even tried a carpet under it, but it didn't help much. The pedals are not as wide apart as an adult bicycle is. It feels as though I'm pedaling a child's bicycle. This is a product I should have purchased in a store so I could see it and test it out before making the purchase.

Read the other reviews, it does walk away from you. I could never get going on a steady pace. Do not waste your time and money.

it is good but need high chair if we try it for our legs , any way it do its job , ty
